Blake began flying gliders at age 16 through Air Cadets, a youth aviation program organized under the Canadian Air Force Reserve. That early training shaped his discipline, leadership, and lifelong commitment to aviation.
After moving to the United States, he founded Aviators Flight Academy in 2018 to build a flight school that combines professional pilot training standards with personal support for each student. He has mentored hundreds of students while growing the academy's Van Nuys Airport facility.
Blake also brings a background in IT and business development, giving him a practical edge in the technical, operational, and financial sides of running a high-performance flight school.
